Before you travel 

  • All crew members are medically examined before starting their activity on board.
  • The crew members will carry a negative antigen test no longer than 24 hours at the time of arrival.
  • Completion of a health questionnaire.
  • No voyage can be initiated if a passenger or crew member is ill or if there is a reasonable suspicion of illness on board or contact with a COVID-19 patient in the last 14 days.

Boarding the ship

  • Entry to the ship during boarding is controlled by a member of the crew.
  • Passengers are tested with a non-contact fever thermometer before entering the ship for the first time. Passengers may be denied entry onto the ship if their body temperature is 37.5 ° C or higher.
  • The suitcases are disinfected before entering the ship and the crew takes the luggage to the cabin.
  • Passengers and crew are advised to always disinfect their hands when entering the ship.
  • Check-in at the reception desk will be done keeping the minimum distance from other passengers.
  • If staggered arrival (buses with an adequate time slot) is not possible, additional waiting areas will be created in front of the ship and access to the gangway will be coordinated by a member of the crew.

    On board

    • Sufficient hygiene products (especially masks) will be available to passengers.
    • ​Cleaning and disinfection on board will be carried out in accordance with applicable EU guidelines.
    • A health care officer will be available on board.
    • Items shared by passengers (magazines, periodicals or snacks) are not carried on board.
    • Passenger contact with basic products (eg menus, etc.) is limited to the bare minimum or designed in such a way that cleaning or, if necessary, replacement is carried out after each use.
    • Visible information is posted in public areas on key positions, especially on social distancing and compliance with the cough and sneeze etiquette, use of disinfectant equipment, use of face masks.
    • The keys to the cabin are regularly disinfected after each return to reception.

    • Minimum distance of 1.5 meters from the edge of the table to the edge of the table in the restaurant.
    • Assignment of seats by the restaurant manager, so as to ensure proper seating order.
    • The maximum number of people per table will depend on each cruise and the legislation where it is located.
    • Passengers traveling in the same cabin are seated together.
    • There is no obligation to wear a mask at the table.
    • Depending on the number of passengers, it may be necessary to have two meal shifts.
    • The buffet breakfast will be replaced by table service or by a service provided through a buffet service.
    • Lunch meals will be served at the table.
    • There is no self-service in the bar or snacks, drinks or buffet service.
    • Information sessions and presentations at the bar are still possible, as long as the minimum distance is maintained.
    • Events such as the captain's cocktail and folkloric programs can be offered at staggered hours.

    • Board games and books cannot be provided.
    • The open-air areas do not require any special measures, provided that the necessary distance from other passengers is maintained at your own risk.
    • Wearing a mask in the elevator.


    SHORE Excursions

    • Shore excursions are carried out in accordance with the respective local regulations.
    • In order to comply with distance regulations during guided tours, the use of audio  headphone systems is required on all excursions.
